Creating Your Account

Overview

Creating an account is your first step to accessing Youth Coach Hub's coaching tools. The process takes just a few minutes and you'll be ready to set up your team.

Sign Up Options

There are two ways to create an account:

1. New Team Owner

If you're starting a new team or organization:

1. Visit the Pricing page and select a plan
2. Click Get Started to begin the signup process
3. You'll create your account and then set up your first team

2. Invited by Another Coach

If you've received an invitation to join an existing team:

1. Click the invitation link in your email
2. Create your account using the signup form
3. You'll automatically be added to the team that invited you

Step-by-Step Account Creation

1. Enter Your Information

Fill in the signup form with:

2. Accept Terms of Service

Review and accept the terms of service by checking the checkbox at the bottom of the form.

3. Verify Your Email

After submitting the form:

1. Check your email inbox for a confirmation message
2. Click the Confirm Email link in the message
3. You'll be redirected to complete your setup

Note: If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. The email comes from Youth Coach Hub.

After Creating Your Account

Once your account is verified, you'll be directed to:

• Team Setup - If you're creating a new team
• Your Team Dashboard - If you joined via an invitation

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the confirmation email?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address
• Try signing up again if needed

Email already in use?

If you see this error, you may already have an account. Try:

1. Using the Forgot Password link to reset your password
2. Signing in with the existing account

Password requirements

Your password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols

2. Add your roster
3. Upload game film
4. Start tagging plays
